Extending utmost customer satisfaction is the principal focus at RizzFitt. RizzFitt works as a fulcrum in a seesaw, with customers on one side and the Business Merchants on the other. In order to maintain a balance in all fairness to the extent possible in case of cancellation of orders by Customers, RizzFitt has formulated the cancellation and refund policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience, please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy outlined below:
1. Cancellation by Users:
- Users may cancel their bookings by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service or activity. Cancellations within this timeframe may be subject to charges.
- Users can cancel their bookings through the RizzFitt website or by contacting customer service directly.
2. Cancellation Charges:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will be fully refunded.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to [insert percentage, e.g., 50%] of the total booking cost, which will be deducted from the refund.
3. Cancellation by Rizzfitt:
- In the unlikely event that RizzFitt must cancel a service or activity due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, operational issues), users will be notified via email or phone as soon as possible.
- Users will receive a full refund for any cancelled bookings, or they may opt to reschedule for a later date.
- It is essential to also understand that the website is a platform for linking the individuals, businesses, collaborators and other interest groups for them to interact and provide and receive service from each other. For services provided by the businesses or collaborators or other interest groups to the individuals, the terms of cancellation or refund as prescribed by such parties will also have to be considered into account.
4. Changes to Bookings:
- Users may request changes to their booking (e.g., date or time) at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Requests made within 48 hours may not be accommodated.
- Changes are subject to availability and users may need to pay any difference in price if the new booking has a higher cost.
5. Notification:
- Users are encouraged to verify their booking details and any applicable policies before the service date to avoid misunderstandings.
- Users will receive a confirmation email upon booking, which includes important cancellation information.
6. Policy Modifications:
- Rizzfitt reserves the right to update this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
