RizzFitt collects, transmits and stores the videos you upload to enable you to showcase your fitness activities.

RizzFitt collects, transmits and stores your location to help you easily select and find fitness facilities or events in your area.

RizzFitt collects, transmits and stores your personal information, including your name, email, mobile number, gender and address, to facilitate the creation of your RizzFitt user account when you register with us.

Data collected will be used exclusively for these purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

b. Use of data collected from businesses:

Rizzfitt collects, transmits, and stores the images you upload to enable you to upload photos of the business if you add a new business.

Rizzfitt collects, transmits, and stores your location to make it easier to select the location of the business if you add a new business.

Rizzfitt collects, transmits, and stores your personal information, including your name, email, mobile number, gender, and address, to enable you to create a Rizzfitt user account if you register with us.

You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the website and you also shouldn’t try to translate the website into other languages or make derivative versions. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefits of the services provided by RizzFitt, in the manner permitted by the terms and conditions.

If RizzFitt determines, at its sole discretion, that any information provided by you is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or if your actions violate the User Agreement, RizzFitt reserves the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse access to the site. In case of account suspension or termination, you may contact RizzFitt's support team to seek clarification or resolve the issue. RizzFitt shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account credentials. 

RizzFitt reserves the right to terminate access if these conditions are violated. RizzFitt reserve the right to terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice. If RizzFitt terminate your access due to a violation of these Terms of Service, you may be prohibited from accessing our service in the future. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these terms will immediately cease.
