- Users may request a refund for services or activities cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Refund requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are generally not eligible for a refund unless there are extenuating circumstances.
- It is essential to also understand that the website is a platform for linking the individuals, businesses, collaborators and other interest groups for them to interact and provide and receive service from each other. For services provided by the businesses or collaborators or other interest groups to the individuals, the terms of cancellation or refund as prescribed by such parties will also have to be considered into account.
2. Process for Requesting a Refund:

- Booking reference number
- Name of the user who made the booking
- Reason for the refund request
- Users may be required to provide additional information to support their request.
3. Review and Approval:
- If customers engage with any businesses or collaborators or other interest groups during their fitness journey, any cancellation or refund requests related to services provided by the businesses or collaborators or other interest groups must be directed to such entity. Review and approval of cancellation or refund requests will be made in co-ordination with such entities.
- Users will receive a response regarding the status of their request within 3-5 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items:
- Certain services, products, or experiences may be designated as non-refundable. Users are advised to review the specific terms associated with their booking before completing a purchase.
- Gift cards and promotional items are typically non-refundable.
5. Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Users should allow additional processing time based on their financial institution's policies.

The cancellations and refunds shall be meticulously monitored to meet the said requirements and the decision of RizzFitt on refunds shall be final and the binding on the Customer.
